Vatistas Winery

Award-wining wines produced in Neapolis by Yiannis Vatista of Vatistas Winery feature Greek varietals including whites Kydonitsa and Malegouzia and reds Aghiorghitiko and Mavroudi, as well as  international varietals Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. His excellent 50/50 blend is half Aghiorghitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon. 

The sea breezes from the Bay of Neapolis create a micro-climate that resembles island environments, rather than the mainland environment one might expect. Vatistas commitment to developing local Greek varietals has paid off in international competitions as well as at the local level, where his wines are extremely popular.
